LVR-Industriemuseum - Hendrichs drop forge	Merscheid	Former drop forge, in which scissor blanks were produced until 1986. Originally preserved operating facilities in the listed factory and the adjacent factory owner's villa. The LVR-Industriemuseum operates or supports five industrial culture stations in the city area to illustrate the decentrally structured cutlery industry in Solingen.
Laurel & Hardy Museum	Forest	The museum focuses on the American comedian duo Laurel and Hardy . The museum has been located in the listed Walder Kotten since 2003 and is open once a month.
Wipperkotten grinding shop	Höhscheid	Schleifermuseum, the last remaining Doppelkotten on the Wupper with an integrated grinding museum.
Loos'n Maschinn	Aries	Loosen Maschinn was one of the largest steam grinding companies in Solingen. An original grinder workstation is located in the building from 1888. This and other exhibits are operated by the industrial museum .
Grinder Museum Balkhauser Kotten	Höhscheid	The former Schleifkotten now serves as an industrial and grinding museum.

Plagiarius Museum	center	Opened in 2007 in the head building of the old goods halls in the Südpark. The subject is product piracy .

Solingen trolleybus museum		The Obus-Museum Solingen eV association is dedicated to the preservation of historical trolleybuses and equipment, preferably the Solingen trolleybus operation . The traveling museum uses historical trolleybuses on the so-called "knight tour" in Germany's largest trolleybus system, with turning on the world's only remaining trolleybus turntable in Burg an der Wupper .
