The list of collections and museums of the University of Zurich contains the scientific collections and museums affiliated with the University of Zurich (UZH) .

The phonogram archive of the University of Zurich is the oldest sound archive in Switzerland. Zoological Museum

The collections of the Zoological Museum of the University of Zurich, founded in 1833, comprise around 1 million animal specimens. Around 1,500 of them, v. a. Dermoplastics and skeletons of vertebrates can be seen in the museum. The combined herbaria of the University and the ETH Zurich have been operated jointly since 1990. The combined collections include a total of 3.8 million specimens, of which 2.4 million vascular plants, 400,000 mosses , and approx. 1 million fungi , lichens and algae . The collection focuses in particular on the flora of Switzerland and Central Europe , New Caledonia and southern Africa .
