The Gschwendter-Stadel is a two-storey farm building that belongs to house village no.13. It served as the community's first schoolhouse at the end of the 18th century and was expanded into a feed house with a brick stable in the 19th century.

The Gasthaus Goller was the birthplace of Franz Hattler . The building itself dates from the end of the 18th century, with a granary dating from the 16th century being integrated into the building.

The parish church of St. Stephan goes back to a sacred space from the 5th century AD, with the church being rebuilt around 1325. Parts of the new building remained in the Gothic parish church, which is now used as a war memorial chapel. In 1753/56 a baroque nave with a choir was added according to plans by Franz de Paula Penz . The parish church is decorated inside and outside with frescoes by Martin Knoller from 1754, the high altar from 1756 shows the stoning of St. Stephen.

The nursing court at Schloss Anras was the administrative building and the summer residence of the bishops of Brixen. The first medieval building of the Pflegehof was built in the third quarter of the 14th century. In the 15th century, the Romanesque core was expanded several times. After the Romanesque rotunda was added at the end of the 16th century, the Pflegehof was redesigned in Baroque style when the parish church was rebuilt.

The Noilerkasten is a late Gothic granary belonging to the house at Dorf No. 26, the beamed ceiling of which is dated to 1451. At the beginning of the 17th century, the building was expanded in baroque style.

The branch church to the west of Anras dates from the middle of the 15th century. The late Gothic building has rich wall paintings and a neo-Gothic high altar, which houses a figure of the church patron with the baby Jesus and a lily in his hands.

The Macher-Kasten was built in the first half of the 16th century. On the single-storey solid building there are red chalk drawings from the construction period showing a hunter with a deer and a church building.

The chapel of St. Joseph is in an exposed position at the Kollreid-Hof. It was built in 1720 and, in addition to wall paintings with depictions of the life of St. Joseph, houses an altar from 1758 depicting the Holy Family.

The wayside shrine Bartler or Partler is located on the Pustertaler Höhenstraße at the junction to Goll. The arched niche houses a panel of paintings showing Mary with the child.

In contrast to other stations on the railway line, Mittewald an der Drau station was not built according to the Pustertal rule types. Due to the hillside location, it was built on three or two floors, with the ground floor being made of stone masonry, the first floor with smooth stone blocks and the second floor with exposed masonry.

The Weilerstöckl is located on the Pustertaler Höhenstraße between Anras and Ried. It is essentially Gothic and was designed in its present form in the 17th century. The pillared shrine with a massive top and tent roof shows in its four niches the holy Pope Silvester, Johannes von Nepomuk and Florian, the crucifixion with Maria, Johannes, the holy Isidore and Notburga, the coronation of Mary by the holy Trinity flanked by the holy Francis and Anthony of Padua and the holy walk with Joachim and Anna.
