action

Trent, Malcolm Turner's stepson, graduated from high school and is accepted into Duke University. However, he would like to make a career as a rapper under the name Prodi-G, for which he needs his father's consent. Then Trent witnesses a Russian mafia murder and is thus in great danger. Malcolm resolves to protect Trent while catching the Russian gangster. So Trent has to dress up as Big Mamma's great niece and accompany Malcolm to an art school for women in order to attract as little attention as possible. There they look for the hidden USB stick so that they can hunt down the gangster. Finally the two catch the gangster, and Trent - instigated by a conversation with a girl - decides to go to college after all - even though his father would have allowed him to become a rapper.

criticism

“As in the two predecessors, part 3 also relies primarily on Martin Lawrence's disguise frenzy. Unfortunately, his character offers just as few surprises as the illogical story, the bland gags and the over-the-top action interludes. After all, the makers renounced excessively rough puns, but instead peppered their nonsense with harmless singing and dancing in the 'high school musical' style. "

"With clumsy borrowings from Billy Wilder's" Some Like It Hot "flirtatious disguise comedy that drags itself from one absurd gag to the next and indulges in infantile follies."

“After 'Big Mama's House' and 'Big Mama's House 2', Martin Lawrence is annoying here for the third time as Big Mama and puts one disgusting filth after the other. But this strip has nothing to do with a funny comedy! "
