The parish church of St. Aegydius is a late baroque building from 1783 with a cross-shaped floor plan. Restoration from 1966–1968. The three-bay nave with a wider crossing bay and lateral exedra is closed off by a one-bay choir with a semicircle. The groin vault with straps rests on pilasters. A sacristy with a gallery adjoins the south side of the choir . The outer facade shows simple pilasters and stucco molding.

The high altar dates from 1880 and uses statues from an older altar from the 4th quarter of the 18th century. The side altars date from 1842/43, the picture on the left is signed and dated W. Rolling 1855 . The pulpit is from the beginning of the 18th century; two statues, Mary on the crescent moon and the Man of Sorrows , from the 17th and 18th centuries, the organ case from the end of the 18th century. Gravestone of Countess Maria A. Steinpeiß from 1680. The bell dates from the 13th century.
