Since August 2015, the summit has been accessible again by a decision of the highest court. However, access is only possible via two turnstiles (south and west) and on a path narrowly delimited by two fences.

The chapel was built by Countess Anna M. Wurmbrand in 1715–1720 and replaces an earlier wooden structure. The “Mariabrunn” fountain was integrated in the chapel. Altarpiece Christ in the wine press.

The prehistoric hilltop settlement on the Kulm with ramparts dates from the first millennium BC. The hillside settlement extends over the communities of Stubenberg and Puch.

The choir and nave of the parish church as well as the basement floors of the square tower are mainly from the late Gothic period. After the parish was raised in 1662, a generous baroque renovation took place. The new bell chamber and onion dome of the tower as well as a northern side chapel were built during this period. In 1903 a porch was added on the west side. Jakob Peyer's high altar dates from 1768.
