In 1828 the KK Reichs-Kriegs-Ministry bought the factory, which from 1872 on was called the Schönaucasian barracks and from 1967 onwards the Kirchner barracks . The three-story, monumental building with a gable roof and front side with a Josephine-Classicist slab-style facade has a colossal pilaster structure over grooved, high ground floor zone.
