Jakob Pawanger built the parish church Mariae Himmelfahrt between 1713 and 1718. The Gothic tower of the previous church was integrated into the building. After a fire in 1891, the tower spire and the vault of the single-nave, four-bay nave were renewed. The church has an elliptically vaulted chapel on both sides of the nave. The semi-elliptical choir has moved in, has an elliptical flat dome and two bays. The stucco decorations on the vaults and windows, as well as the structure by Corinthian colossal pilasters, are striking . The altars were built between 1715 and 1730.
