List of Romanesque churches with groined vaults above the nave

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Groin vaults are a typical hallmark of Romanesque architecture , but many Romanesque churches have groin vaulted crypts but no groin vaults over the nave or any of its parts. Many of these church rooms have flat roofs, some even have pointed arched ribbed vaults , see the list of Romanesque churches with Gothic vaults .

The list presented here is intended to provide information on which Romanesque church buildings still meet the often disappointed expectation.
