Lithaire

Lithaire is a village and a former French commune of 574 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy .

With effect from January 1, 2016, the former municipalities of Lithaire , Coigny , Prétot-Sainte-Suzanne and Saint-Jores were merged into a Commune nouvelle called Montsenelle and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Lithaire.

Lithaire is located on the Cotentin Peninsula . Neighboring towns are Neufmesnil in the northwest, Varenguebec in the north, Prétot-Sainte-Suzanne in the Northeast, Le Plessis-Lastelle in the southeast, Vesly in the south, Mobecq the southwest and La Haye-du-Puits in the West.
