Litlmolla , also known as Lille Molla , is located about 8 km east of Svolvær . The uninhabited Norwegian island is located in Fylke Nordland in the municipality of Vågan . To the north and south are the neighboring islands of Stormolla and Skrova , which are all part of the Lofoten Islands . The western inlet of the Vestfjord to the east is called Hølla .

The island was previously inhabited due to the abundance of fish in its waters and the main town was called Keila . There are even more farmsteads that have been abandoned on Litlmolla and the summer houses are seasonally inhabited. The waters around the island are a popular sailing area.
