Liu Xiangrong

Liu Xiangrong ( Chinese  劉 相 蓉  /  刘 相 蓉 , Pinyin Liú Xiāngróng ; born June 6, 1988 in Hohhot ) is a Chinese shot putter .

In 2007 she won the Asian Athletics Championships.

In 2009 Liu was tenth at the World Athletics Championships in Berlin and vice-Asian champion, in 2011 she was eliminated from the qualification at the World Championships in Daegu and again won silver at the Asian Championships.

At the World Indoor Athletics Championships in 2012 in Istanbul, Liu first came in sixth and moved up to fifth after the doping disqualification of Belarusian Nadseja Astaptschuk .
