Live at Sweden Rock - 30th Anniversary Show is the live album by the Swedish band Europe that was released on October 18, 2013 .
background
From June 5th to 8th 2013 the annual Sweden Rock Festival took place in Sölvesborg . Europe performed on June 7th, the show was taped and filmed by multiple cameras for the scheduled DVD release. Europe was headlining that day.
In addition to their own songs, the band also performed two pieces from other groups during the set: They played the Thin Lizzy song Jailbreak, to which the guitarist of the British band, Scott Gorham , came on stage, and the UFO song Lights Out ! , where Michael Schenker played as the second guitarist with the band. In addition, Europe played the tracks Drink and a Smile and Open Your Heart in a short acoustic set .

Rocks magazine wrote about Live at Sweden Rock that the guest appearances by Scott Gorham and Michael Schenker were “nice gimmicks that it wouldn't have needed to be euphoric.” The album offered a “fabulous spectacle with countless goosebumps and a selection of songs that covered all creative phases der Legende ”and“ emphatically demonstrate the immense value of Europe as a protagonist in today's musical landscape over 28 songs ”.
