Lyudmila Anatoljewna Litvinova ( Russian Людмила Анатольевна Литвинова, scientific transliteration Lyudmila Anatol'evna Litvinova ; born June 8, 1985 in Lipetsk ) is a Russian athlete who specializes in the 400-meter run .

She won the 400-meter run at the U23 European Athletics Championships in Debrecen in 2007 with a time of 51.25 s.

In 2007 she took fourth place with the Russian 4 × 400 m relay at the World Athletics Championships in Osaka . At the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing , she won the silver medal behind the United States team with the relay . Like her teammate Tatiana Firowa , she was used both in the preliminary round and in the final. However, the 2016 relay was subsequently disqualified after the relay colleagues Anastassija Kapatschinskaja and Firowa had been proven doping in follow-up tests.

At the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin, she won the bronze medal with the 4 x 400 meter relay. In the 400-meter run, however, she was eliminated in the semifinals.

Lyudmila Litvinova is 1.74 m tall and has a competition weight of 62 kg. She is studying economics at Texas State University-San Marcos .
