Lodkeo Inthakoumman (born September 5, 1995 ) is a Laotian athlete who competes in medium and long-distance running as well as in obstacle course .

Athletic career

Lodkeo Inthakoumman gained her first international experience in 2013 when she finished ninth in the 800-meter run at the Asian Championships in Pune in 2: 29.96 minutes . She then took part in the Southeast Asian Games in Naypyidaw for the first time , where she won the bronze medal in the 10,000 meter run behind the Indonesian Triyaningsih and Phyu War Thet from Myanmar with a new national record of 37: 41.96 minutes . In addition, she finished fourth over 5000 meters in 17: 45.55 minutes. The following year she joined the Asian Games in Incheon in 5000 Meters , reaching in 18: 24.77 minutes rank 16th in 2015 she was in the South East Asia Games in Singapore in 4: 39.61 min fifth in 1500 meters -Run and finished seventh over 5000 meters in 17: 58.61 min. At the Southeast Asian Games 2017 in Kuala Lumpur , she won the bronze medal over 1500 meters in 4: 37.24 minutes behind the Vietnamese Nguyễn Thị Oanh and Vũ Thị Ly . and was sixth over 5000 meters in 18: 07.33 min.

In March 2018 she won the Vientiane half marathon in 1:21:12 h and again took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta in August , where she finished 15th in the 1500 meters in 4: 40.26 minutes and in the 800 meters -Run with 2: 16.09 min in the lead eliminated. The following year she finished sixth at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 4: 41.81 minutes over 1500 meters, as well as in 11: 54.93 minutes in the obstacle course .
