Longuenoë is a village and a former French community with 116 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Orne in the region of Normandy . It belonged to the Arrondissement of Alençon and the canton of Magny-le-Désert .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Fontenai-les-Louvets , Livaie , Longuenoë and Saint-Didier-sous-Écouves were merged to form the Commune nouvelle L'Orée-d'Écouves and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Livaie.
