Lorenzo James Henrie
Lorenzo James Henrie also James Henrie (born June 29, 1993 in Phoenix , Arizona ) is an American actor in film and television. He played roles in films such as Arizona Summer , Star Trek , Riding 79 and The Department Store Cop 2 . He was also cast in the role of Chris in the AMC production Fear the Walking Dead .
Life
Lorenzo James Henrie was born in 1993 to Linda and Jim Henrie. His brother, four years older than him, is the actor David Henrie . Growing up in Phoenix, Arizona, the family moved to California in 1999, where Lorenzo James Henrie began his acting career at the age of eight. He made his feature film debut in 2004, directed by Joey Travolta in the role of Jerry in the family comedy Arizona Summer, for which he received a Young Artist Award nomination . His next movie role was in JJ Abrams' theatrical version of Star Trek in 2009 as a Vulcan bully. In 2014 he played the lead role in youth Karola Hawks comedy adventure Riding 79 . In 2015, he played a small guest role in the sequel to the Kevin James comedy The Department Store Cop 2 alongside his brother David.
In addition to his work in film, he also appeared in episodes of various television series, including Malcolm in the Middle , A Heavenly Family , Ghost Whisperer - Voices from Beyond , Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten , CSI: Miami or Navy CIS: LA 2015 he played the part of the teenager Chris in the AMC production Fear the Walking Dead , a spin-off of the hit series The Walking Dead .
