Louis Chamniern Santisukniram ( Thai : ห ลุย ส์ จำเนียร สันติสุข นิ รัน ด ร์ * thirtieth October 1942 in Ban Nong Saeng , district Mueang Nakhon Phanom , Nakhon Phanom ) is a Thai priest and emeritus Roman Catholic Archbishop of Thare and Nonseng .

Life

Paul VI ordained him a priest on May 17, 1970 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Nakhon Sawan on November 5, 1998 . The Archbishop of Bangkok , Michael Michai Cardinal Kitbunchu , donated him episcopal ordination on January 23, 1999 ; Co - consecrators were Joseph Banchong Aribarg , Former Bishop of Nakhon Sawan, and Lawrence Khai Saen-Phon-On , Archbishop of Thare and Nonseng.

He was named Archbishop of Thare and Nonseng on July 1, 2005, and was introduced to office on August 20 of the same year. On May 13, 2020, Pope Francis accepted the resignation from Louis Chamniern Santisukniram for reasons of age.
