Louis II. De Lorraine-Guise (born July 6, 1555 in Dampierre-en-Yvelines , † December 24, 1588 at Blois Castle ) was cardinal and archbishop of Reims .

He was the son of François de Lorraine, duc de Guise and brother of Henri I. de Lorraine, duc de Guise .

In 1574 Ludwig succeeded his uncle Charles de Guise as Archbishop of Reims , and on February 21, 1578 he was succeeded by Gregory XIII. appointed cardinal. During the Huguenot Wars in 1576, he and his brother headed the Catholic Holy League . Due to his presumptuous behavior on the imperial estate in Blois strengthened himself with King Henry III. the decision to overthrow the Guisen .
