Louise Damen (born October 12, 1982 ) is a British long-distance runner .

At the World Cross Country Championships she finished 28th on the long distance in Avenches in 2003. In 2004 in Brussels she contributed with a 22nd place on the long distance to win the bronze medal by the British team.

In 2007 women won the Reading Half Marathon and third at the Bristol Half Marathon . At the road running world championships in Udine she had to give up injured, and at the European cross country championships in Toro she came in 34th place.

The following year she finished fourth at the half marathon of Reims à toutes jambes . Women finished ninth at the European Cross Country Championship in Brussels and won silver with the British team.

In 2010, she came 17th in the individual standings at the European Cross Country Championship in Albufeira and again in silver in the team standings.

In 2011 women became English cross-country champion . Later that year she finished third in the Bath Half Marathon and came 20th in the London Marathon .

The following year she came in 16th place in the 2012 London Marathon . At the European Cross Country Championship in Szentendre she was eleventh and won bronze in the team championship.

At the Cross Country World Championships 2013 in Bydgoszcz, she finished 37th.

In 2014 she finished ninth at the Osaka Women's Marathon and seventh for England at the Commonwealth Games marathon in Glasgow .
