Luciana Aymar
Luciana Paula Aymar (born August 10, 1977 in Rosario , Argentina ) is an Argentine hockey player . She has been recognized as a world hockey player eight times . She started playing hockey at the age of eight.
Life
In her four participations in the Summer Olympics (2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012), she won two silver and two bronze medals with the Argentine national team . She was the flag bearer of the Argentine delegation at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. In 2002 and 2010 she became world champion, in 2010 in her hometown of Rosario. She is considered the best hockey player of all time.
