Ludwig Molitor (pastor)
Ludwig Molitor (* around 1620 in Scuol ; † 1683 in Latsch GR ) was a Swiss Reformed pastor .
Life
Ludwig Molitor was born around 1620 in Scuol in the canton of Graubünden . In 1643 he began a two-year course at the University of Basel ; on April 25, 1645 he received the degree of a Magister artium . In Zuoz he was accepted into the Evangelical-Rhaetian Synod on May 29 of the following year . Since this allowed him to work as a pastor in the Free State of the Three Leagues , he took over the pastor's position in Zillis that same year . In 1659 he moved to Filisur , where he was pastor for fourteen years. In 1679 he took over the communities of Latsch and Stuls , in which he stayed until his death in 1683.
