Luis Ángel de las Heras Berzal CMF (born June 14, 1963 in Segovia , Castile and León , Spain ) is Bishop of Mondoñedo-Ferrol .
Life
Luis Ángel de las Heras Berzal joined the Order of the Claretians in 1981 and made his perpetual profession on April 26, 1986 . He received on 29 October 1988, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On March 16, 2016, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Mondoñedo-Ferrol. The Archbishop of Santiago de Compostola , Julián Barrio Barrio , donated him episcopal ordination on May 7th of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Spain, Archbishop Renzo Fratini , and the Archbishop Emeritus of Pamplona y Tudela , Fernando Sebastián Cardinal Aguilar CMF.
