Lutz Grosser (born March 14, 1961 in Burg ) is a former German handball goalkeeper .

Grosser began playing handball at SG Dynamo Brandenburg-West , which delegated him to SC Dynamo Berlin in 1978 . He was also active from 1991 to 2001 for TBV Lemgo in the handball Bundesliga and then for HSG Augustdorf / Hövelhof in the 2nd handball Bundesliga north . After the 2002/2003 season he ended his professional career. Grosser played 269 Bundesliga games.

With Lemgo, Grosser became German champion in 1997 and won the DHB Cup in 1995 and 1997 and the European Cup Winners ' Cup in 1996 .

Lutz Grosser played in the squad of the GDR men's national handball team at the 1990 World Cup , where he finished eighth with his team. In 1984 he was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in gold.

In 1996 the handball magazine certified him “international class”.

After his playing career he worked as branch manager of the Lippische Landes-Brandversicherungsanstalt and as a referee supervisor at TBV Lemgo.
