Lutz Reichert (actor)
Lutz Reichert (* 1951 in Braunschweig ) is a German actor .
Life
Reichert grew up in northern Germany, graduated from high school there and completed an apprenticeship as a packaging mechanic. He then completed an acting training at the Westphalian Drama School in Bochum until 1977 . After his first engagement in Bochum, he was on stage in the Berlin GRIPS Theater for several years .
In television productions he cast numerous roles in series from 1978, including those of "Meier 2" (not to be confused with "Meyer Zwo" from the crime series Der Alte , played by Wolfgang Zerlett ) in several Hamburg episodes between 1987 and 1993 Tatort series. In the Tatort episode rampage 1993 "Meier 2" dies. From 1993 to 1998 he was part of the regular cast of the RTL consumer show How please ?! . In 1993 he played as Josef "Jupp" Strunk the German " Al Bundy " in the RTL series Help, my family is crazy .
Reichert lives in Düsseldorf. On February 1, 2017, his wife, the actress Kerstin Gänke , succumbed to cancer. With her he has a grown son.
