Lyman ( Ukrainian Лиман ; Russian Лиман Liman , Romanian Zolocari ) is a village in Bessarabia in southwest Ukraine with about 1500 inhabitants (2008).

The village, founded in 1812, has an area of ​​8.7 km² and is located near the coast of the Black Sea and Lake Sassyk . Administratively, the village forms its own 74.99 km² district council in the Tatarbunary district in Odessa Oblast .

The Odessa Oblast Center is about 165 kilometers northeast and the Tatarbunary Rajon center 28 kilometers northwest of the village.
