Lypkuwatiwka ( Ukrainian Липкуватівка ; Russian Липковатовка Lipkowatowka ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 1500 inhabitants (2001).
The village with an area of 0.22 km² belongs administratively to the settlement municipality of the urban-type Birky settlement in the east of Nowa Wodolaha district .
The village is located at an altitude of 112 m on the right bank of the Jhun ( Джгун ), an 18 km long right tributary of the Wilchuwatka ( Вільхуватка ; river system Siwerskyj Donets ), which is dammed into three smaller reservoirs here. Lypkuwatiwka is located 7 km northwest of the Birky community center , 9 km east of the Nova Wodolaha district center and 43 km southwest of the Kharkiv oblast center .
The Orthodox St. Nicholas Church is in the village. The regional road P-51 runs south of Lypkuwatiwka . The village has a train station on the Sevastopol – Kharkiv railway line .
