The Mühlenbach , known in the upper reaches of the Schlackentalbach , is about 2.9 kilometers long flowing water in the Harz (Goslar district) and Bad Harzburg in the Goslar district .

course

The Schlackentalbach is formed from two source streams on the eastern slope of the Goldberg . The shorter one from the south rises from the Henniborn , while the longer one from the west flows through several ponds over a length of about 800 meters. The stream then flows west of the Gläsekenberg through the Schlackental in the Harz Mountains and leaves it southeast of Göttingerode . In the stud farm pastures, the water now called Mühlenbach picks up the Strülleckenbach from the Strülleckental from the left and shortly afterwards reaches Schlewecke. Here the Mühlenbach flows past the eastern slope of the Langenberg , feeds the Schlewecker village pond and flows northeast of the village church on the left into the glass corner.
