Mühlenstrasse 24, 25 (Quedlinburg)
The house Mühlenstrasse 24, 25 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located southwest of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg on the south side of Mühlenstraße . The building is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed in the Quedlinburg Monument Register as an agricultural citizen's farm.
Architecture and history
The current property was built between the 18th and the beginning of the 20th century. The property itself is of particular importance for the local history, as the water art of the castle was located here . The Mühlgraben runs south of the property .
To the north towards the street, the property is closed off by a brick building designed in the neo-Gothic style. There is a finial on its steep gable . The property is closed to the mill ditch side by a half-timbered facade.
The paving of the courtyard consists of a small pavement in which the route is marked. The courtyard is surrounded by a wall made of quarry stone and partly also of brick. The courtyard gate is designed in Art Nouveau style, with Gothic being cited as the style.
