Munich Egyptological Studies

Münchner Ägyptologische Studien ( MÄS abbreviation ) is a series of publications in which the work of the Institute for Egyptology and Coptic Studies at the University of Munich appears.

The series was first published by Bruno Hessling Verlag, Berlin, and then by Deutsches Kunstverlag , Munich. Volumes 46 to 55 were published by Verlag Philipp von Zabern , Mainz / Darmstadt. The editors were Günter Burkard and Dieter Kessler . This series has been published by Ugarit-Verlag , Münster, since 2020 . The editors are Friedhelm Hoffmann, Gabriele Pieke and Martina Ullmann.
