Concept vehicles

DualX E-drive

In 2010, MBtech introduced a van-style concept vehicle called the Reporter . It should clearly demonstrate the overall competence of the company in the individual segments. The E-Drive Systems division contributed the plug-in full hybrid drive train with the name DualX E-drive . This should be based on a natural gas-powered 4-cylinder gasoline engine with a displacement of 1.2 liters and an output of 75 kilowatts. It should drive the front axle and act as a range and performance extender. The electric motor should drive the rear axle and deliver 25 kilowatts. The calculated total range was around 300 kilometers - according to the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), around 55 kilometers could have been covered purely electrically .

Link & Go

With “Link & Go”, the MBtech Group presented another project vehicle in 2013 in cooperation with the AKKA Group.
