Maigen is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Meiseldorf in Lower Austria.

Maigen is located southeast of Sigmundsherberg on the Maigner Bach , which rises just above Maigen and flows into the Schmida between Röschitz and Roseldorf . The village is a street village with very irregular building blocks that are reminiscent of a clustered village. To the north of the village is the abandoned Zellerndorf – Sigmundsherberg railway line , which also had a stop in Maigen.
