With the Erzgebirge Kischko was able to re-establish himself as a regular goalkeeper. From 2001 to 2004 Kischko let his career end with the Saxon league club FC Eilenburg .

In 2008 Kischko returned to 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig , where he took on the role of goalkeeper coach, and in 2010 that of assistant coach.
