Maja Zivec-Skulj (born September 25, 1973 in Ljubljana , Yugoslavia ) is a former German tennis player .

Career

On January 4, 1993 she reached position 73, her highest position in the individual world rankings. The 96th place, dated April 25, 1994, was her best classification in the double ranking. She won an individual title in an ITF $ 25,000 tournament at the ITF Women's Circuit .

As a teenager she belonged to the talent group of the German Tennis Association .

In 1989 she won the Junior Fed Cup with Anke Huber and Katharina Düll . They won the final against Czechoslovakia 2-1, in which Klara Matouskova, Karina Habšudová and Petra Kučová played.
