Malvern is an American city in Arkansas in Hot Spring County . It has 10,318 inhabitants (as of 2010) on an area of 19.2 km² and is the seat of the county seat of Hot Spring County.
history
The place was founded in 1870 by the Cairo and Fulton Railroad and named after Malvern Hill in Virginia . On October 15, 1878, Malvern was elected the district capital.
