Manfred List
Manfred List (born May 5, 1936 in Stuttgart ) is a CDU politician from Baden-Württemberg .
Life and work
After graduating from secondary school in 1952, Manfred List completed an apprenticeship as a non-technical administrative service in Stuttgart. From 1958 to 1961 he worked for the district office and the city of Böblingen . List is married and has four children.
politics
List was mayor of Haigerloch from 1961 to 1970, first alderman of Bietigheim from 1970 to 1975 and mayor of Bietigheim-Bissingen from 1975 to 2004 . He has been a member of the Ludwigsburg district council since 1979 . In 1991 he replaced Lothar Späth in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . In the state elections in 1992 and 1996 he won the direct mandate in the constituency 14 Bietigheim-Bissingen . In 2001 he left the state parliament.
