society

Manit began his career at the age of 18 with FC Suphanburi . He played for the club until the end of 2002, playing a total of 108 games. He was able to score 76 goals. In 2002 he won the championship title with the club in the Thailand Provincial League , a soccer league parallel to the Thai League and under the direction of the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT). After his time in Suphanburi, he moved to FC Bangkok Bank before moving to Vietnam in 2004. There he played in the V-League for Pisico Bình Ðịnh . He took part in the 2005 AFC Champions League with the club . In 2006 he moved to Persijap Jepara in Indonesia , where he was released from his contract after a few months. He then returned to Thailand to his old club Suphanburi, which had meanwhile been promoted to the Premier League. He did not want to follow the club's relegation to the second division at the end of the 2007 season and moved to FC Thailand Tobacco Monopoly . In 23 games, however, he was only able to score three goals and was also released. Since the 2009 season he has been playing for Police United in the second Thai division, the Thailand Division 1 League . In his first season with the club, he became the team's top scorer. In 29 games he scored 24 goals. This wasn't enough to be the top scorer, but after the season ended he was named Forward of the Year. He then moved to Chiang Rai to Chiangrai United in northern Thailand . He was on the field 15 times for the club. From 2012 until the end of his active career as a soccer player, he was under contract with Ayutthaya FC ( 2012-2013 ), Kasetsart FC ( 2013-2014 ) and North Bangkok University FC (2014-2015).

In the group game of the 2001 Southeast Asian Games against Cambodia , he scored three goals. The greatest international success for him was certainly the fourth place at the Asian Games in 2002, also with the U-23 national team. He scored three goals in the course of the tournament. The most important was certainly the golden 1-0 in the quarter-finals against North Korea .

He was part of the senior team for the first time in 2002 and took part in the ASEAN football championship with her . He immediately won his first title with the seniors. At the 2004 Asian Football Championship , he was also part of the team. Thailand did not get beyond the group stage again at the championships. Manit failed to hit the tournament.
