Manuel Blanc (born June 12, 1968 in Boulogne-Billancourt ) is a French actor and writer .

Life

After first experiences in amateur theater groups, Blanc originally wanted to become a director , but rejected this plan and turned to working in front of the camera. For his first film, André Téchiné's hustler drama I don't kiss (with Philippe Noiret and Emmanuelle Béart ), he received the César for Best Young Actor .

His second film was Jacques Deray's crime film The Lawyer with Alain Delon . In 1994 he received the Prix ​​Jean Gabin for Deux fois mal éteints .
