Manzoni Bianco is a white wine variety . It was bred by Luigi Manzoni, the former director of the Scuola enologica di Conegliano from the varieties Riesling and Pinot Blanc . In 2000, around 9555 hectares were planted with this variety in Italy . It is mainly in the regions of Trentino-Alto Adige and Veneto grown and there in white wines of the DOC -type regions Colli di Conegliano (share 30-70%), Trentino and Vicenza used. Small stocks are also known in Switzerland . The Manzoni Biancho variety is now also grown in the Palatinate .

Origin: Riesling x Weißer Burgunder .
