Marcela Krinke Susmelj

Marcela Krinke-Susmelj (born October 18, 1965 in Vlašim , Czechoslovakia ) is a dressage rider who competes for Switzerland .

Athletic career

She took part in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro , Brazil , and finished 24th in the individual competition .

Krinke-Susmelj competed in three World Equestrian Games ( 2006 , 2010 and 2014 ), five e uropameisterschaften Dressage (2005, 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2015) and three World Cup finals ( 2013 , 2014 and 2016 ). She reached eleventh place in the individual competition at the 2010 World Equestrian Games.

In 2009 and 2010 she became Swiss champion with Corinth . In 2012, 2013, 2016 and 2017 she won the Swiss championship title with Molberg

Life

Krinke was born in Czechoslovakia in 1965. She moved to Switzerland with her family in 1968. She is a trained veterinarian. She is married to the Yugoslav dressage rider Ivan Susmelj. The couple have two children. In 1996 the couple moved to Ebikon in the canton of Lucerne. You run the equestrian center on the Rotseeweg.
