Márcia Narloch (born March 18, 1969 in Joinville ) is a Brazilian long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .

In 1990 she won the 25 km from Berlin in 1:27:20 h, setting the current national record. In the same year she came second in the Hamburg marathon and fifth in the Berlin marathon . In 1991 she was second in the Los Angeles Marathon and the Twin Cities Marathon , and at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, ​​she finished 17th.

In 1993 she finished fourth in the New York City Marathon , and in 1996 she qualified eleventh in the Boston Marathon for the Atlanta Olympics , in which she came 39th. In 2003 she set her personal record as sixth in the Hamburg Marathon with 2:29:59 h and won gold at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo . In her third Olympic marathon in Athens in 2004 , she did not finish. In 2006 she finished fifth at the Berlin Marathon, and in 2007 she won silver at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro .

In 1998 and 2000 she became the Brazilian champion in the 10,000 meter run , and three times (1999, 2000 and 2005) she won the São Paulo marathon .

Márcia Narloch is 1.53 meters tall, weighs 42 kg and lives in Rio de Janeiro .
