Marek Lebedev (born October 2, 1977 ) is an Israeli ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Rishon Devils in the Israeli ice hockey league since 2014 .

Career

Marek Lebedev began his career at HC Metulla , for whom he initially played in the Israeli ice hockey league until 2003 . He then played for two years at HC Maccabi Amos Lod , with whom he won the Israeli championship in 2004 and 2005 . After the club stopped playing in 2005, he moved to HC Bat Yam . After a year at HC Rischon LeZion , he was on the ice at Ice Time Herzliya from 2009 to 2013 . He then interrupted his club career for a year. Since 2014 he has played for the Rishon Devils , with whom he became Israeli champions in 2015 and 2017.

International

For the Israeli national team , Lebedev took part in Division I at the 2006 World Cup , in Division II at the 2002 , 2003 , 2004 , 2005 , 2007 , 2008 , 2010 , 2012 and 2014 World Cups, and in Division III at the 2011 World Cup. He was also on the ice for Israel in qualifying for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi .
