Maria Natalia Londa (born October 29, 1990 in Denpasar ) is an Indonesian long and triple jumper .

Athletic career

Maria Natalia Londa gained her first experience in international competitions at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka , where she was eliminated with 12.94 m in the triple jump qualification. At the end of October she finished fourth at the Indoor Asian Games in Macau with 12.81 m. The following year, she won the silver medal at the Junior Asian Championships in Jakarta with 13.24 m . In 2009 she won the bronze medal in the long and triple jump at the Southeast Asian Games in Vientiane . Here she jumped in the long jump to 6.23 m behind the Filipino Marestella Torres and Thitima Muangjan from Thailand and in the triple jump she mastered 13.31 m and had to admit defeat to the Thai women Muangjan and Sirada Seechaichana . At the Indoor Asian Games in Hanoi she was eighth in the triple jump with 13.04 m and ninth in the long jump with 5.88 m. Two years later she won the silver medal in the triple jump behind the Vietnamese Trần Hu D Hoa at the Southeast Asian Games in Palembang with a new national record of 13.73 m, and in the long jump she was beaten only by the Filipino woman Torres with a new national record of 6.47 m.

In 2013 Londa took part in the Summer Universiade in Kazan and finished ninth there with 6.19 m in the long jump final. She then won the Southeast Asian Games in Naypyidaw with 6.39 m in the long jump and with a new game and national record of 14.17 m in the triple jump. In 2014 she took part in the Asian Indoor Championships in Hangzhou , China , where she came fourth with 6.18 m. At the Asian Games in Incheon in October she won 6.55 m ahead of Vietnamese Bùi Thị Thu Thảo in the long jump and finished tenth in the triple jump with 13.39 m. In 2015 she won the gold medal in both disciplines at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore with 6.70 m and 13.75 m. In 2016 she qualified to take part in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where she was eliminated in the first round with 6.29 m . In 2017 she won the silver medal behind Tahani Romaissa Belabiod from Algeria at the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku with 6.30 m . Then she also won the silver medal in the long jump behind the Vietnamese Bùi Thị Thu Thảo at the Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur with 6.47 m and also in the triple jump she had to admit defeat by Vũ Thị Mến from Vietnam with 13.52 m .

In 2018 she again took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta, where she finished fifth in the long jump with 6.45 m. The following year she took part in the World Championships in Doha and was eliminated there with 6.36 m in qualification . In December she won the Southeast Asian Games in Capas with 6.47 m again in the long jump and won the silver medal behind Parinya Chuaimaroeng in the triple jump with 13.60 m .

In 2009 and 2010 as well as in 2013 and 2019, Londa was the Indonesian champion in the long and triple jump. She completed a teacher training course at the Institute of Teacher Training and Education PGRI Bali.
