Maria Semczyszak-Haščaková (* 25. May 1933 in Andrzejówka ) is a former Polish luger .

She completed her technical college in Strzelce Opolskie . She then worked in Krynica as an administrative clerk and worked for KTH Krynica until 1956 , and for Olsza Kraków from 1957 to 1960 . She celebrated her greatest international success at the 1958 Luge World Championships in Krynica-Zdrój, Austria . In a triple success of the Polish tobogganers, she won ahead of Helena Boettcher and Barbara Gorgon . She was Polish champion in mixed doubles in 1954, in women's doubles the following year and in singles in 1958. In 1962 she moved to Czechoslovakia . For health reasons she withdrew from sport and worked as a teacher in a middle school.

Maria Semczyszak is married to Jan Haščaka.
