Marie-Chantal Miller (born September 17, 1968 in London ) is the English wife of the Greek heir to the throne in exile Paul of Greece . Her official address in Denmark is: "Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Maria-Chantal of Greece , Princess of Denmark".

Life

Marie-Chantal Miller is the daughter of billionaire Robert Warren Miller and his wife Maria Clara Pesantes. Her father made a fortune from airport duty-free shops. She has two sisters: Pia-Christina (* 1966; was married to Christopher Getty from 1992 to 2005 and has four children with him) and Alexandra-Natasha (* 1972; was Prince von Fürstenberg with Alexander Egon from 1998 to 2002 , son of Fashion designers Egon von Fürstenberg and Diane von Fürstenberg , married and have two children with him).

For the first ten years she lived with her family in Hong Kong and attended elementary school there from 1973 to 1977. From 1977 to 1982 she attended the Le Rosey boarding school in Switzerland . After graduating from high school , she studied art history from 1983 to 1986 in Paris and from 1987 to 1994 in New York .

Since 2000 she has been working as a designer for children's clothing under the label "Marie Chantal LLC". She also writes and illustrates children's books. She is the chairman of various non-profit organizations.

In 1992 she met Paul of Greece , whom she married on July 1, 1995 in London . She has five children with him:
