Marija Grigoryevna Issakova ( Russian Мария Григорьевна Исакова ; born July 5, 1920 in Vyatka , † March 25, 2011 in Moscow ) was a Soviet speed skater . She was six times Soviet champion in the all-around competition (1945 to 1949, 1951). At the all-around world championships in Turku in 1948 , in Kongsberg in 1949 and in Moscow in 1950 , she won the world title. She was the first Soviet female speed skating world champion.
