Renate Groenewold (born October 8, 1976 in Veendam ) is a Dutch speed skater .

The Olympic Winter Games in 2002 in Salt Lake City , she won the silver medal in the 3000 m.

At the all-around world championship in 2004 in Hamar , Norway , she surprisingly won the title.
