Marina Georgieva (born April 13, 1997 in Melk ) is an Austrian soccer player .

Career

The defender began her career at FK Hainburg , was loaned to ASK Bruck / Leitha and in 2013 moved to FSK St. Pölten , which had just been promoted to the Bundesliga . Georgieva won the championship with St. Pölten in 2015 and 2016 and also won the Austrian Cup three times . After the integration, Georgieva continued to play at SKN St. Pölten . In January 2017 she moved to the 1st FFC Turbine Potsdam in the German Bundesliga .

Georgieva competed with the Austrian U-17 national team at the 2014 European Championship in England and with the U-19 national team at the 2016 European Championship in Slovakia . In both competitions, the teams were eliminated in the preliminary round.

Georgieva moves to SC Sand for the 2018/19 season .
