Marino Bollini

Marino Bollini (born February 25, 1933 in Fiorentino ) is a San Marinese politician. He was four times one of the two Capitani Reggenti (heads of state) of San Marino .

Marino was a member of the San Marinese parliament, the Consiglio Grande e Generale , from 1974 to 2001. He was first elected in 1974 on the list of the Partito Socialista Democratico Indipendente Sammarinese (PSDIS), which together with the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese (PDCS) had formed the government from 1957 to 1973. Bollini joined the Partito Socialista Unitario (PSU), split off from PSDIS in 1975 . In the two subsequent elections in 1978 and 1983, he entered parliament on the PSU's list. The PSU ruled in these two legislative periods together with the Partito Comunista Sammarinese (PCS) and the Partito Socialista Sammarinese (PSS). Bollini was re-elected to the Consiglio Grande e Generale in 1988 on the joint list of the PSU and the Intesa Socialista (IS). In 1990 the PSU joined the PSS, on whose list Bollini was elected to parliament in 1993 and 1998.

In the terms of office 1979, 1984/85, 1995 and 1999/2000 Bollini held the office of Capitano Reggente , the head of state of San Marino.
