Piero or Pier Natalino Mularoni (born March 31, 1948 , † December 17, 2011 in Borgo Maggiore ) was a San Marinese politician .

Piero Natalino Mularoni was a member of the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese (PDCS) and temporarily president of the party council (Presidente del Consiglio Centrale) . He was elected four times on the list of the PDCS in the San-Marinese parliament, the Consiglio Grande e Generale , of which he belonged from 1978 to 1998. In the parliamentary elections in 1998 he ran again for the PDCS, but failed to make it into parliament.

From 1978 to 1986, San Marino was ruled by a left coalition of Partito Comunista Sammarinese (PCS), Partito Socialista Unitario (PSU) and Partito Socialista Sammarinese (PSS), the PDCS was the largest opposition party. In 1986 the coalition broke up and an alliance of PCS and PDCS established the new government until the end of the 1988 legislative period. Mularoni became Minister of Labor (Deputato per il Lavoro e la Cooperazione) . After the parliamentary elections in 1988, Christian Democrats and Communists continued their coalition, Mularoni remained Minister of Labor. After two years, there was a cabinet reshuffle in 1990 and Mularoni became Minister for Territory, Environment and Agriculture (Deputato per il Territorio, l'Ambiente, l'Agricultura ei Rapporti con l'AASP) . Mularoni remained in office when the PCS left government in 1992 and was replaced by the PSS, but gave up responsibility for relations with the AASP. After the 1993 elections, the coalition of PDCS and PSS was continued, Mularoni was no longer a member of the new government.

For the term of office from October 1, 1995 to April 1, 1996, Mularoni was elected Capitano Reggente (head of state) together with Marino Venturini .

After leaving parliament, Mularoni was chairman of the Banca di San Marino from 1999 to 2004 . He died on December 17, 2011 in the hospital in Borgo Maggiore , leaving behind his wife and three children.
